Reservation and Cancellation Terms

Reserving a campsite
A deposit equivalent to one night's fee per campsite reserved is payable on reservation.

Reservation deposits may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). To inquire about paying by money order, please speak to one of our agents.

The reserved site is not guaranteed because some changes might occur without notice. However, the requested services such as water, electricity and sewage system will be respected if a change of site has to be made.

Cancellations and changes
Changing a reservation to a later date will be considered a cancellation. Cancellation and change fees will apply.

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to the start of the visit. The deposit equivalent to one night's fee per campsite reserved will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid at the time of reservation.

From 6 days to 48 hours prior to the start of the visit:

• An amount equivalent to one night's fee per campsite reserved will be charged for cancelling a reservation. The deposit previously paid by credit card will be kept in payment for this charge.
• Cancelling one or several campsites that are part of a group reservation comprising more than one campsite will be considered a cancellation. An amount equivalent to the value of one night's fee per campsite reserved will be charged for cancelling the reservation. The deposit previously paid by credit card will be kept in payment for this charge.

Less than 48 hours prior to the start of the visit: An amount equivalent to the full cost of the stay reserved will be charged to the credit card for cancelling the reservation.

Reserving a Village Package
An additional deposit is required to reserve a Village Package, as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For the Challenge menu, a deposit of $20 per person is required.
• For the Discovery menu, a deposit of $10 per person is required.
• The time and date of the river activity must be confirmed at the time of reservation.
