Reservation Policy 

 

Deposit Policy:

A deposit equal to 50% of the full amount of your stay, plus applicable taxes, is required upon reservation. 

Cancellation Policy:

Low season: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you may do so at no cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. * You will be charged the equivalent of 1 night per room, plus applicable taxes, for any cancellation made after this period. 

High season: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you may do so at no cost up to 15 days before your scheduled arrival. * Your deposit will be refunded.

For a cancellation made between 15 and 7 days before your arrival*, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the full amount of your stay, plus applicable taxes.

For a cancellation made less than 7 days before your arrival*, you will be charged the full amount of your stay, plus applicable taxes.

For any reservation during High season that includes a Friday or a Saturday, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

* The reference time shall be 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. 

High season means the following dates:

  • Holiday season: December 22, 2017, to January 8, 2018, inclusive
  • School break: January 26 to March 18, 2018, inclusive
  • Summer vacation: July 13 to September 3, 2018, inclusive

Low season means the following dates:

  • Any date outside the high season dates listed above. 

 

Warranty Policy:

A credit card is required to make a reservation. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or debit cards. 

We may block funds on your credit card at noon on the day of your arrival. These funds correspond to the estimated full amount of your stay, including estimated incidental charges or an amount for the security deposit. Blocked funds shall be made available 72 hours following your date of departure, or at the discretion of the institution that issued your card. 

If your credit card is deemed invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. 

 

Other Policies and Terms:

Rates are established based on the date of arrival and the duration of the stay. Should you decide to leave earlier than expected, you may be charged a fee depending on when you notify us of your decision. 

We reserve the right to cancel or change reservations where it appears that the client is engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or where it appears that reservations contain or result from an error.

Additional clean-up fees will be charged for rooms left in an excessively dirty condition. Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and that failure to comply with this policy will incur costs involved with thoroughly cleaning the room.

The amounts listed on your reservation include applicable taxes and fees, but do not include additional fees that could be incurred during your stay. Dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
