Drawing on the reputation and experience of our parent company, we have tailored our safety standards and expertise to offer more personalized adventures. We exceed industry supervisory standards, and all participants are made to feel at ease in the adventure of their choice.

All our excursions take place in natural, unspoiled surroundings, which we are committed to protecting. That is why we do not use any motorized conveyances. Despite the large number of outdoor enthusiasts who travel our routes each year, it is surprising how few visible traces they leave behind.

Jacques-Cartier River

Jacques-Cartier River is a veritable jewel of nature famous around the world. From its source in the Laurentian Mountains, it flows 178 km to its mouth at the St. Lawrence River, ranging along the way from turbulent to calm. It is particularly noted for its spectacular scenery, which has earned it a five-star rating and a nomination from the Canadian Heritage Rivers System, two highly prestigious signs of recognition.

Although the river is only 30 km from Quebec City, its pristine surroundings and sparkling clear waters astound visitors. A national park protects the river’s upper course from development of any kind. With no dams to hinder its way, it flows freely, its mood is an ever-changing reflection of precipitation levels.
