Aroma Spa
Conditions
Appointment
If you want to book an appointment at the Aroma Spa, you will need to provide a Credit Card number.
You need to arrive 15 minutes before the time of your appointment to fill out the health check Document. If you are late for your appointment it will be taken off of your treatment time.
If you have a preference regarding the gender of the therapist who will be providing your treatment, please let us know while booking your appointment.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 418 844-2200 #2415 at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in service charge of 50% of the cost of the booked treatment. Clients with multiple services or more than 2 clients require 48 hours cancellation notice. This policy also applies to gift card holders.
Hôtel Valcartier
Tickets for our activities are limited and some weekdays are closed. Buy your tickets and consult the schedules in advance to guarantee your spot.
Please note that due to workforce challenges, some facilities are more limited. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservation policy
Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the full amount of your stay, plus applicable taxes, is required upon reservation.
Low season
Up to 72 hours before your stay the reservation can be canceled without penalty. The 50% deposit taken at the time of booking will be refunded on the credit card on file. Less than 72 hours before your stay the entire stay will be charged and no refund or modification possible.
High Season
Up to 7 days before your stay the reservation can be canceled without penalty. The 50% deposit taken at the time of booking will be refunded on the credit card on file. From 6 days until 72 hours before your stay the 50% deposit taken at the time of booking is no longer refundable. A change of date is permitted for the same number of nights or more. Less than 72 hours before your stay the entire stay will be charged and no refund or modification possible.

- Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- A valid photo ID and a credit card are required upon check-in.
- Minimum age for booking : 18 years old
- Prices are in canadian dollar, plus applicable taxes.
High season refers to the following dates
- Summer Season: June 15th to August 25th, 2024, inclusive
- Winter Season: December 13th, 2024, to March 23rd, 2025, inclusive
Low season means the following dates
Any date outside the high season dates listed above.
Warranty Policy
A credit card is required to make a reservation. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or debit cards.
We may block funds corresponding to the estimated full amount of your stay on your credit card at noon on the day of your arrival to verify the validity of your card.
If your credit card is deemed invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Other policies and terms
Rates are established based on the date of arrival and the duration of the stay. A 200$ security deposit on a credit card will be mandatory upon arrival. These funds can not be released until 72 hours after the date of your departure, or later at the discretion of the institution issuing your card. In special case, we accept the payment in debit card. Should you decide to leave earlier than expected, you may be charged a fee depending on when you notify us of your decision.
We reserve the right to cancel or change reservations where it appears that the client is engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, or where it appears that reservations contain or result from an error.
Additional clean-up fees will be charged for rooms left in an excessively dirty condition. Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and that failure to comply with this policy will incur costs involved with thoroughly cleaning the room.
The amounts listed on your reservation include applicable taxes and fees, but do not include additional fees that could be incurred during your stay. Dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hôtel) - Lodging
Tickets for our activities are limited and some weekdays are closed. Buy your tickets and consult the schedules in advance to guarantee your spot.

- Cancellation before September 1st, 2024 – 50% of the full amount of your stay
- Cancellation after September 1st, 2024 – Not refundable.
Date Modification
- More than 30 days before your stay and upon availability – $50.00 CAD fee + taxes
- 30 days and less before your stay and upon availability – $200.00 CAD fee + taxes

The Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel) opens with different opening stages. During your tour at the Hôtel the Glace (ice hotel) at the beginning of the season, certain areas of the hotel might still be under construction and not available to visit. No one may film images of the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel) for commercial purposes without having first received authorization from Village Vacances Valcartier. We leave ourselves the right to oust all individuals who behave against this rule.
Winter Playground

Terms and conditions
The Winter Playground is gradually opening depending on conditions; some slides may not be open at the start of the season. Activities may open according to a specific schedule or may be interrupted for maintenance reasons, climatic conditions or workforce challenges reasons. The Everest slide is unfortunately closed for the winter season. The difficulties of construction and operation of this attraction as well as labor shortage forces us to review our plans. A new family area at the bottom of the slopes has now been erected to improve the experience and thus welcome family customers in a new area to the delight of young and old. Some weekdays are closed during the season, see the shedule.
1. Valcartier Campground – Campsite Rental
Tickets for our activities are limited. Buy your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot.

Conditions
Total payment is required upon reservation.
Reservation deposits may be paid by credit card. The reserved site is not guaranteed because some changes may occur without notice. However, the requested services such as water, electricity and sewage system will be respected if a change of site is made.
Quad occupancy. One camping equipment (tent, tent trailer/travel trailer) per site. The minimum age for booking is 18 years old.
Cancellations and changes policies
Up to 7 days before the start of the stay, a reservation can be canceled without penalty. The total amount charged at the time of booking will be refunded to the credit card on file. You can also change your number of overnight stays at no cost.
From 6 days until 48 hours prior to the start of the stay, the reservation is non-refundable. One modification without charge is allowed for the same number of nights or more in the same season. From two modifications or more, a charge of $5+tx will be applied.
Less than 48 hours prior the start of the stay, no refund or modification possible.
2. Valcartier Campground - Ready-to-Camp Facilities Rental
Conditions
Total payment is required upon reservation. Reservation deposits may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The credit card taken at the reservation is the same one to all the sites reserved for the period of stay.
A security deposit of $200 is required upon arrival. Deposits will be refunded after inspection of our installations at departure. Certain conditions apply.
The minimum age for booking is 18 years old.
Cancellations and changes policies
Up to 30 days before the start of the stay, a reservation can be canceled without penalty. The total amount charged at the time of booking will be refunded to the credit card on file. You can also change your number of overnight stays at no cost.
From 29 days until 15 days prior to the start of the stay, the reservation is non-refundable.
A modification is allow for the same number of nights or more in the same season. Modification fees of $30+tx/night will be applied.
Less than 15 days prior to the start of the stay, no refund or no modification possible.
