Only debit, credit, or prepaid cards will be accepted. Three kiosks will be available on site to convert cash if needed.
Parking
At Village Vacances Valcartier, there's a lot of parking, and it's free! A few charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot in front of the Hotel Valcartier. To ensure an optimal experience for all, we apply a first-come, first-served principle, and encourage you to leave the charging stations when your charge is complete.
Prohibited Items
For the safety of our guests items such as glassware, vapor cigarettes, shishas, parasols, umbrellas, tents, balls and Frisbees are strictly prohibited. Outside alcohol is also banned.
