Max, a young fox terrier, watches as his owner Katie gets married and has a baby. He quickly becomes obsessed with protecting the little child, and his anxiety leads to a visit to the vet. There, Max meets other animals: a cat convinced he's never good enough for his owner, a feline addicted to catnip, and a rabbit who thinks he's a superhero... Will these animals be able to overcome their fears and problems?
