Locker Rentals
Keep your personal belongings safe while you slide! Upon your arrival, you can rent a personal locker. Cost starting at $13.05 plus tax (payment by card only).
Parking
At Village Vacances Valcartier, there's a lot of parking, and it's free! A few charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot in front of the Hotel Valcartier. To ensure an optimal experience for all, we apply a first-come, first-served principle, and encourage you to leave the charging stations when your charge is complete.

Prohibited Items
For the safety of our guests items such as glassware, vapor cigarettes, shishas, parasols, umbrellas, balls and Frisbees are strictly prohibited. Outside alcohol is also banned.
Pets
Except for Service Animals, all pets are strictly prohibited.

For your convenience, we have clothes dryers at the Marina.
