This year, the Hôtel de Glace is deepening its connection to the land it calls home by renewing its collaboration with Tourisme Wendake. An exclusive cultural day will be offered, highlighting the traditions, art, and stories of the Wendat Nation. Through immersive activities, visitors will be invited to discover a rich and living heritage, at the heart of the icy wonderland.

Come and discover Wendat craftsmanship at this market, where artisans will share their creations and knowledge with you.
Purchases can be made directly on site.
Pottery Demonstration Workshop:
Watch ancestral skills come to life before your eyes.
An artisan will be on site, creating pieces live to demonstrate traditional techniques and answer your questions.

Myths and Legends:
An experience inspired by the highlight activity of the Ekionkiestha’ National Longhouse, where stories, symbols, and fire come together in an immersive atmosphere.
Presentation:
Hosted by Isabelle Sioui, Wendat, who will welcome you in the Grand Hall of the Hôtel de Glace, drum in hand, to speak about her Nation and share the pride of her cultural heritage.
A daytime Hôtel de Glace ticket is required to attend the event. Free access for overnight guests.
