New Pricing Structure

As of November 18, 2025, Village Vacances Valcartier has simplified its pricing structure. The $30 resort fee, previously added to the nightly rate at Hôtel Valcartier or the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel), is now included in the initial price for all reservations made from that date onward.

This change aims to offer greater transparency and reflect the true value of the many inclusions that enhance your stay:

• 15% discount on services at Aroma Spa
• Access to the skating trail during its opening period (weather permitting)
• Access to the Ice Hotel tour during its opening period
• Outdoor lawn games available at the reception
• Free parking
• High-speed Internet access
• Children’s playroom
• Fitness room
• Board games available at the reception
• Yoga equipment available at the reception
• Boot and mitten dryers (in select rooms and at the reception)
• Five (5) electric vehicle charging stations (subject to availability). To ensure an optimal experience for all guests, charging operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask that you free up the station once charging is complete.
