This year, the Hôtel de Glace comes to life and invites you to experience something truly extraordinary. Step into an ephemeral world entirely sculpted from ice and snow, where art and gastronomy come together to create an exceptional evening.
This exclusive experience includes:
- Round-trip shuttle transportation from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
- A guided tour of the Hôtel de Glace
- A welcome cocktail
- A three-course gourmet dinner of warm dishes, inspired by Nordic flavors and crafted by the renowned chefs of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
Rate: $255 per person (service included, taxes extra)

Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from January 15 to March 21, 2026
5:30 p.m.: Shuttle departure from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
6:30 p.m.: Arrival at the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel) and start of the guided tour
7:15 p.m.: Welcome cocktail
7:30 p.m.: Start of the three-course dinner
9:30 p.m.: Shuttle return to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
- Reservation required at least 7 days in advance
- Prepayment required to confirm your booking
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable within 72 hours of the event
- Selection of wines and beverages available as an option
- Vegetarian menu or dietary restrictions available upon request (48 hours in advance)
- Winter-appropriate clothing is recommended for the evening
- Shuttle transportation is optional; guests may go directly to the Hôtel de Glace site, with the same rate applying
