Run. Take on the challenges. Become an everyday hero!
Get ready for a festive, family-friendly 5K run through Village Vacances Valcartier!
Along the course, take on the Hero Challenges, a series of fun, hands-on activities designed to teach you how to respond more effectively in an emergency, from improvising an evacuation to applying a tourniquet with limited supplies, and much more.
And after the run, the fun continues!
Inflatable games, a mascot, DJ, entertainment, and booths hosted by firefighters, police officers, and paramedics will be waiting for you to keep the family fun going.
Because first aid isn’t just for heroes… it’s for everyone!
