Tim is a 7‑year‑old boy whose life is completely turned upside down when his new baby brother arrives. His parents, who used to give him all their attention, now only have eyes for the infant. Sensing that something isn’t quite right with the newest member of the family, Tim investigates and discovers that the baby is actually a spy sent by Baby Corp. His mission is to stop Puppy Co. from releasing a new breed of dogs that never grow old, which would monopolize all human love until none is left for babies. Tim teams up with his little brother to prevent disaster and save babies all around the world.
