COVID-19
STEP 1 - Before your arrival
Purchase your tickets in advance online:
- Choose the date of your visit - pay attention to the date selected, as this is a final purchase. Tickets are non-refundable, cannot be changed and cannot be converted into cash.
- Choose your arrival time at the park (regardless of your arrival time, you will have access to the park all day long).
Please take note of this additional information:
- The opening hours of the Outdoor Waterpark vary during the season – click here to verify the schedule.
- To protect the health and safety of visitors, important measures have been put in place and are strictly enforced.
- In order to respect the hygiene and distancing measures, the capacity of the park and attractions is reduced for the season.
- We trust the judgment of our guests to follow the guidelines of the health authorities.
- A smoking zone is in place next to the snow slides to avoid travelling through the main pavilion and going in the parking to smoke.
- Lunch boxes remain permitted on site (alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited). Bags and coolers will be inspected upon arrival. Thank you for placing your items in the proper place. Our staff will not be allowed to touch or move your items.
- The services offered on the site may vary depending on the color alert levels.
- Both you and those accompanying you may have to answer questions related to COVID-19. If any of you have symptoms, have been in contact with an infected person, or have travelled outside the country in the last 14 days, you may be denied access.
- Any individual or group of individuals who do not comply with any of the safety measures put in place by Valcartier will be asked to leave the premises without compensation.
STEP 2 - Prepare and bring the necessary items
- Mask or face covering, for everyone aged 10 and older.
- Hand sanitizer.
- Tablecloth for a picnic.
- PFD (personal flotation device) except water wings. Kids under 48 inches must wear a PFD in almost all attrations.
- Disinfection supplies (such as wipes).
STEP 3 - Protect your health and the health of others
- If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, stay home!
- Keep track of what's open and what's closed.
- The range of activities and services offered is changing rapidly. Please visit our website before you leave.
STEP 4 - During your visit
AT ALL TIMES
- Keep a 2-meter distance between you and the other visitors.
- Respect the public health instructions related to gatherings.
- Be courteous.
- Wash your hands often.
- Cough in your elbow.
- Wear a mask or face covering in pavilions and when distance is difficult to maintain, for everyone aged 10 and older (do not wear a mask in water, it can make breathing difficult when wet).

Measures Promoting Contactless Arrival and Services
- Provide advance information on the web, in booking confirmation emails, on signage and postings at strategic locations.
- Promote cashless and touchless payment.
Measures to Adjust the Range or Activities Offered
- Reduce the capacity of several activities and attractions.
- Maintain the closure of services or activities where distancing is difficult to apply.
- Review, continuously, the activities and services offered according to the level of risk and the guidelines of public health organizations.
Sanitary Measures in Common Areas
- Reduce capacity in common and service areas as well as activities.
- Manage lineups and guest pathways.
- Add protective measures, including hand-washing devices, and distancing at service points.
- Revising cleaning standards for facilities, increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfection routines for common areas, washrooms and the most affected surfaces.
