Visit the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel)
This year, the Hôtel de Glace comes to life.
The only ice hotel in North America is being reimagined under a new theme where art, light, and emotion come together. By day, explore the Grand Hall, the themed suites, and the enchanting chapel where couples from around the world come to say “I do.” At night, the ice glows and comes alive in a magical atmosphere. In collaboration with Indigenous Tourism Quebec and Tourisme Wendake, the experience celebrates the meeting of ice and the living culture of the First Nations. A fleeting experience to enjoy by day or night.

Cash-Free Site
Starting December 1, 2025, only debit, credit, or prepaid cards will be accepted. Three kiosks will be available on site to convert cash if needed.
Parking
At Village Vacances Valcartier, there's a lot of parking, and it's free! A few charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot in front of the Hotel Valcartier. To ensure an optimal experience for all, we apply a first-come, first-served principle, and encourage you to leave the charging stations when your charge is complete.
